The Terra (LUNA) network experienced slowness and congestion from 11 May 2022, causing a high volume of pending Terra network withdrawal transactions on the Matrixport Platform. On 13 May 2022, the Terra network validators halted the blockchain.
Withdrawals: With effect from 12 May 2022 at 11:00 (UTC), we suspended withdrawals of LUNA until further notice and rejected unfulfilled withdrawal requests to avoid funds from being stuck in the withdrawal queue. Please check the status of your withdrawals.
Swap Trading: We have also suspended Swap Trading of all LUNA trading pairs until further notice as there is insufficient liquidity on the market for the orders to settle.
