- What is Auto-Invest?
Auto-Invest is an investment strategy which allows you to automate selected crypto investments by investing a fixed amount of currency in a fixed time period, and earn passive income.
You can set the time intervals of your buy-in to every 1/6/12 hours or every day/week/2 weeks/month. The crypto you invest will be automatically deposited into a flexi-saving account and compounded hourly or be used to trading.
In Matrixport, there are more than 30 crypto auto-invest products to increase your holdings coverage.
- How to set Auto-Invest?
- Log in to your Matrixport account and click [Trade] - [Auto-Invest].
- Choose the crypto you want to accumulate in your portfolio, frequency, and periodic amount.
- You can see your ongoing Auto-Invest plans under [My Auto-Invest Plan]. To manage your Auto-Invest plans, click [Trade] - [Smart Trade], you can choose to pause the plan, stop the plan or start a new plan at any time.
- How to set the limit buying price?
You can set the highest acceptable buy-in price as the limit buying price, which means that only when the crypto price is lower than the limit buying price will the auto-invest plan be triggered.
For example, if you choose a limit buy price of $30,000 when you start a BTC auto-invest plan, the plan will only be executed when the price of BTC is less than $30,000. Then you can calculate your profit efficiently when you decide to sell.
- Explanation of terms：
- Buy-in crypto: The crypto you plan to accumulate.
- Time intervals：The interval between each fixed investment trigger.You can set the time intervals of your buy-in to every 1/6/12 hours or every day/week/2 weeks/month.
- Total amount to buy
（1）Buy continously-no tatal amount, automatically buy-in when balance is sufficient.
（2）Set maximum amount to spend, automatically stop plan after reaching the quota.

- How many Auto-Invest plans can I subscribe?
There is no maximum limit to the number of Auto-Invest plans you can subscribe.
- How to pause or stop my Auto-Invest plans?
On the Trade page, click [Smart Trade] to view your plans.
To pause or resume a plan, go to Plan Detail page and toggle the ON/OFF button next to [What’s Next].
To stop a plan permanently, go to Plan Detail page and click [Stop this plan].
- What happens to my Auto-Invest purchase when I don’t have sufficient balance in my Spot Wallet?
If the balance in your Spot Wallet is insufficient to cover the Auto-Invest plan purchase, the system will automatically redeem the assets from your Flexible Savings account to complete the purchase.
If the balance in your Flexible Savings is insufficient , the purchase will fail. The system will try to make another purchase on the next Auto-Invest date.
- Where are my assets purchased with Auto-Invest?
Your purchased crypto will be deposited to your Flexible Savings accounts to earn passive income.
You can redeem your crypto anytime from [Wallet] - [Flexible]. Scroll to the asset you want to redeem and click [Redeem].
